TERMS OF SERVICE

Once you pay for the commission, you agree to my Terms of Service.
Prerequisites:
- You are over the age of 18.
- You understand that you are paying me for my service and not the piece itself.
- You have a PayPal account to pay with as that's my only form of payment as of now.
What I Won't Draw
- Humanoid, Underage characters in NSFW scenarios, Bestiality (Human on feral, and vice versa), Female genitalia, Anything that promotes hate/racism/violence, Real people.
- I can decline any commission I don't feel comfortable with.
Communications
- Initially, you may contact me through my Twitter/Bluesky DMs and email; but, you can ask to move to Telegram or Discord if it works better for you.- Twitter/Bluesky DMs and Telegram are the best methods of contact for me.
- For contact through Bluesky, I do prefer moving over to a platform that supports sending images just so WIPs are easier to send and get feedback on!
References
- Reference sheets for any characters included is very appreciated!
- For OCs and fursonas, references are required.
- If your commission is NSFW and your reference doesn't have the genitalia of the character(s) included, please explain how it should look!
Work Time
- Depending on complexity, I can get it done within a few days. At most, I'll hopefully take 2 weeks. This can change though because life is always changing and things are always coming up.
- If you need a commission done quicker, I'll charge you extra depending on how fast you need it. The charge will be percentage based.
- Please don't pester me to finish a commission faster, it only causes stress. Checkups on your commission status are totally okay!
Media/uploading/posting
- Once completed, I'll post the drawing to my Patreon, provide you anything I wrote for the Patreon post, and then wait approximately a week to post it to Twitter, Bluesky, and FurAffinity. Once I post it outside of Patreon, you may also post it on your own account!
- If your commission is a multislotted YCH, you may post it whenever you want.
- If you want me to delay posting my artwork anywhere, just let me know!
Process
- After providing me with your commission's description and references, I will create a very rough sketch to confirm with you! After confirmation I will send out an invoice via PayPal and you must pay it within 48 hours. Once it's paid, I will begin work on your commission. Feel free to ask for updates! Once the commission is completed, I will send you the full size image over email.
Changes
- Any changes you want to make prior to me starting your commission will be free. Any changes after I've started will cost you. The charge will depend on how far I am in the drawing.
- If there's anything I've missed that you've described or was in a reference sheet, I'll change it without charge.
- You may only edit my artwork (WIPs included) if you're helping to show what you need changed. Use of AI at all is not tolerated.
Refunds
- There aren't any refunds for a completed commission. If you request a refund after I've started the work, I'll give you money back for the work I haven't done. For example, if I did 30% of work, I'll give you money back worth 70% of the amount you paid. It's a little difficult to determine how much work I've done so I will try my best to be as fair as I can!
- Now, there are instances where I can complete a work just a dozen hours past payment so be warry of this.
