IMPORTANT NOTES

       Once you pay for the commission, you agree to my Terms of Service (ToS). Violations to my ToS, depending on how severe they are, may result in a stern discussion, cancellation of the commission with refund, cancellation of the commission without refund, blacklisting, or even public shaming (not the kinky kind). Please ask me if you have any questions!

Communication
- Contact me anywhere that is publicly made available, such as Twitter (X), Bluesky, FurAffinity, and the the platforms with the information provided on the front page. Do not contact me about commissions through Instagram or TikTok, I will likely not respond.
- I personally prefer chatting on Telegram or Discord.

TERMS OF SERVICE

- You are over the age of 18.
- You understand that once you pay for the commission, you agree to my ToS.- You understand that you are paying me for my service and not the piece itself.
- You understand that violations to my ToS, depending on how severe they are, may result in a stern discussion, cancellation of the commission with refund, cancellation of the commission without a refund, or even public shaming.
- You understand that alterations to the image using genAI results in immediate cancellation of the commission without a refund, blacklisting, and public shaming.

What I will not Draw
- Anything underage, bestiality, anything that promotes hate or violence, and real people.
- Boobs and vagina are off limits for me currently.
- I may decline a commission if I am not comfortable with it.

References
- Reference sheets with the color palette and the genitalia of the character(s) are preferred.
- Details not shown in the references must be explained. If I come across missing information, I will reach out to you.
- Reference sheets are not required, references of what a character looks like are.
- If you are commissioning a reference sheet from me, do not worry about this.

Process
- You provide me with your commission's description along with any references.
- I will create a rough sketch of the major details to confirm how it looks with you. You may request alterations to the rough sketch, these changes do not cost anything.
- After confirmation, I will send you a PayPal invoice. I do not believe you need a PayPal account to pay these off.
- Once you pay, I will begin work on your commission. I will send you WIPs throughout the process to check details with you and make sure everything is good. You can ask for updates but I will say that I will definitely be keeping you updated.
- Once everything is finished, I will send you the image file via email or Telegram; it depends on our method of communication. I can send you different file formats if you request.Note: I use Procreate so a PSD file would guarantee absolute full quality (PSDs do require post-processing on your end to have a usable image file. These may require a google drive link if sent over email), but I will send a full quality PNG file by default (I recommend a PNG).

Work Time
- My average work time varies quite a bit. Expect the commission done within a week or two, though I may complete it within the first couple of days after payment.

Changes
- Changes made to the rough sketch are free.
- Changes made to the drawing after you have paid will cost extra. The charge depends on how far along I am in the drawing and how big of a change it is. If it is a small enough change, I will let it slide and change it for you for free.
- Fixes are free for things I have missed in your commission description or references.
- You may make markings to the WIPs to help show me what you need fixed or changed.

Uploading/Posting
- Upon completion, the drawing will be uploaded to my Patreon. If there is any description I write for it, I will send it to you. After seven days, I will post the drawing to Twitter (X), Bluesky, and FurAffinity.
- You are allowed to post the commission yourself after I post it, I will be letting you know.
- I am willing to bend the rules of posting if you have some other way you would like to go about posting. Though, I will be keeping the seven day Patreon period no matter what.

Refunds
- Upon requesting a refund, expect to receive money back for the work that I have not completed. For example, if I have completed 30 percent of the drawing, I will send you 70 percent of your money back.
- After the refund is processed, you will not be receiving the file for the incomplete commission.
- I will likely be keeping the files in the rare case that you want to return to the commission, but I reserve the right to delete them.- If at any point you use genAI to alter my drawing, the commission will be cancelled and you will NOT receive any money back.
